Michael D. Partridge

Mr. Partridge has 15 years of experience in software and hardware research in the fields of wireless communications and medical device technology development. His background includes embedded software architecture, enterprise software development, and protoype hardware architecture and implementation. Prior to Amerren, Michael managed the modem integration team for the LTE wireless technology at Freescale Semiconductor, where he was awarded Freescale's Diamond Chip award in 2008. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, and all-but-dissertation in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Dennis B. Karbach

Mr. Karbach has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology consulting, IT project management, and software development. His background includes over 25 years associated with Accenture. During that time, his client projects included working with the Texas Medicaid team, leading several state government and Canadian provincial government agencies developing large integrated systems covering social assistance and child welfare. Other client engagements included working with large insurance clients as well as several energy companies. After retiring from Accenture and prior to joining Amerren, Dennis was working as an independent Information Technology consultant. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis in Applied Math and Computer Science.

Steve Davis

Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree in 1973 from the University of Houston. The first ten years of his career were spent with Texas Instruments. At the time of his resignation from Texas Instruments he held the position of National Systems Engineering Manager for the U.S. Semiconductor Group. Subsequently Mr. Davis founded Oasix, Inc., a privately-held integrated circuit design organization with facilities in Atlanta, GA, Plano, Tx, Boulder CO, and San Jose, CA. Since the sale of the assets of Oasix to Texas Instruments in 1997, Mr. Davis has been retired from active business.



Mr. Auerbach is a recently retired corporate general manager who held senior positions in the U.S. and overseas at Xerox, CIGNA, New York Life Insurance International, and AIG. He started and led the insurance practice in Mexico for Andersen Consulting. He is an attorney and earlier in his career was associate general counsel of INA Corporation (now CIGNA). He is the author of Joining the Inner Circle, How to Make it as a Senior Executive and numerous articles in the Wall Street Journal and other publications. He is a retired colonel, US Army and served in Germany, Vietnam and the Pentagon. He currently writes a regular column for the University of Texas Business School publication Enterprise and is president of the board of directors of the Austin Lyric Opera. He holds an AB and JD from George Washington University, and is a graduate of the Army's General Staff College.
